After the first two runs of two-man bobsleigh, Great Britain is at 11th.

The Winter Olympics look to be over, after failing to challenge the top 10, Brad Hall and Nick Gleeson’s chances of winning a medal in the two-man; bobsleigh at the halfway point of the competition. After mistakes from the pilot, Brad Hall left them outside the top 10, chances of Great Britain winning a Winter Olympic medal in the two-man bobsleigh faded quickly at the halfway point of the competition.

At the sliding center across, bobsleigh, Germany, was back on top in the sliding competitions, having won all but one event, skeleton and luge, in Beijing Winter Olympics 2022.

Pilot Francesco Friedrich and Thorsten Margis have a lead of 0.15 seconds over Johannes Lochner and Florian Bauer. While Rostislav Gaitiukevich and Aleksei Laptev for the Russian Olympic Committee decided third.

The small errors in both of their heats meant they lost time, Hall and Nick Gleeson had high hopes for a medal after regularly threatening the podium across the season, and out of the medals, they will go into the second day more than four-tenths of a second.

As the overwhelming favorites with Friedrich and Margis went into the event, defending their title from Pyeongchang, six of which were with Margis, and on the back of seven straight two-man world titles for Friedrich.
